Your first SaaS client: start responsibly.
A practical planning guide for agencies evaluating HighLevel SaaS Mode. Do not treat it as an assurance of successful deployment or earnings.
- Day 1 — Identify one specific buyer. Write the actual customer problem and how they currently solve it.
- Day 2 — Define your offer. Specify outcomes, support scope, price and services excluded from the monthly fee.
- Day 3 — Verify the platform. Check your plan's actual entitlements, account provisioning, usage charges, privacy and consent requirements.
- Day 4 — Map onboarding. Document admin access, initial data, customer training, payment terms and support responsibilities.
- Day 5 — Build a non-production test. Walk through a dummy booking, follow-up and hand-off without messaging real customers.
- Day 6 — Test failure cases. What if an integration stops, an SMS fails or the customer wants to cancel?
- Day 7 — Review go/no-go. Put demand, affordability, support workload and legal duties in writing. HOLD if any material prerequisite remains uncertain.
